Log as an Admin
Got to Settings/Advanced Tab
Create a new entry called activate_steplist of Type Bool and value True
Log out and back in.
Nb: if error message during creating.
- Click on the toggle to display archived system settings.
- Unarchive the setting.
- Change the boolean to true.
