This reports allows to identify where your internal bottlenecks are building up.
- Name: the "Normalised task type" your flow sits under
- Open Count: The number of tasks being currently part in your live projects
- Late Count: The number of tasks being currently part in your live projects with a due date in the past
- Last Completion time: The time your organisation took in average to complete the last 5 occurrences of this task type.
- Average Completion time: The time your organisation took in average to complete the last 10 occurrences of this task type.
- Trend:
- Red: If the Last Completion time is greater than Average Completion time,
- Orange: If the Last Completion time is equal to the Average Completion time,
- Green: If the Last Completion time is smaller than the Average Completion time,
Each Task type can be drilled into to understand which pieces of revenue are currently in play.
- Name: The name of the flows in their respective project (with the company logo)
- Assigned to:
- Left: Internal assignee
- Right: External assignee
- Value: The monetary value of the project linked to that flow
- Status:
- Delay: XX days overdue
- In progress: with the flow's schedule
- Coming soon: Due in XX days
- Actions: Opens the flows in a separate tab.
