Adding Flows to a Playbook

Easy, peasy!

1. From this window, simply press the "Add task" button to add your Flows in the logical order
2. Fill in the fields in this specific Order
   1. Left-side of the form
      1. Task name
      2. Task timing - Choose "Offset" if it's the first task
         1. After: Task starts after the reference-task is completed
         2. At the same time as: Task start at the same time as the reference-task
      3. Days offset from project start: The number of days following the start of the playbook this task should start
      4. Weight: Level of difficulty of this task. - We recommend using the same scale for all Flows, 0 being easy and 10 extremely hard
      5. Description: Short blurb describing the task
   2. Right-side of the form
      1. Chose Task Duration: The number of days end to end this Flow typically takes to be completed.
      2. Choose an existing Flow.
      3. Client Visible: Tick if you want this Flow to appear into the Mutual Action Plan.
