This is an optional settings that can be activated when integrating with Hubspot. If this setting is not set, the integration will connect to the default pipeline.
If your sales team is using a pipeline that is not the default pipeline, you need to declare what the technical name of that pipeline is.
#1 Get the technical name of your pipeline
In hubspot:
- go into settings (cogwheel top right)
- Data Management / Objects / Deals (Left menu)
- Pipelines (third tab top of middle frame)
- Select the correct pipeline in the drop-down
- Click </>
- Copy the internal ID provided
#2 Create an advanced setting
In Jointflows :
- Go to Settings
- Advanced Tab
- Click (+) to create a new entry
- Label : hubspot_pipeline_id
- Value : the id copied from Hubspot
- Click Save
